Application Process
The HER Startup program carefully screens each application to ensure that participants are ready to take on the training program. Each applicant goes through a number of steps during the application process that tests their ability, attitude, and experience.

Application Process Steps
Initial Application
Fill out the initial application form through our online submission process, providing all the necessary information.
Assessment
During the interview, qualifying candidates will be asked to complete a few online assessments that will test their ability to partake in the program. The assessments will be reviewed and scored by the admissions team and will be used to determine eligibility.
Interview
Those whose applications are accepted will be asked to partake in an interview. The project team will use these interviews to determine eligibility as well as answer any questions participants may have.
References
After the interview, applicants will be asked to provide references regarding their background, experience, and eligibility for the program.
Assignment
After the interview, assessment, and references, qualifying applicants will also be asked to complete an assignment to showcase their skills.
Acceptance
Based on the scores applicants received during the application process, successful applicants will receive an email regarding their acceptance with details regarding start dates, requirements, and next steps.
